Das Power-Curriculum für die Fortbildung zum Wirtschaftsfachwirt vermittelt ein integratives Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge und bereitet systematisch auf anspruchsvolle Fach- und Führungsaufgaben vor. Das Programm konzentriert sich auf die analytische Auseinandersetzung mit zentralen Steuerungsmechanismen von Unternehmen – unter Berücksichtigung ökonomischer, rechtlicher, struktureller und kultureller Rahmenbedingungen. Theoretische Konzepte werden konsequent mit praktischen Anwendungsfällen verknüpft, um die Entwicklung unternehmerischer Entscheidungskompetenz, strategischen Denkens und digitaler Transformationsfähigkeit gezielt zu fördern. Der Studienverlauf ist darauf ausgerichtet, betriebliche Herausforderungen ganzheitlich zu erfassen, fundierte Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und diese in komplexen Umfeldern verantwortungsvoll umzusetzen.
