All invoiced fees must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice, unless a different payment deadline has been agreed upon between ONSITES Graduate School and the invoice recipient. Payment deadlines should be adhered to in order to avoid the charging of late interest, which is currently 6% per annum based on Florida Statutes Section 55.03. 

 

3. Refund guidelines

 

Students have the right to cancel or withdraw from a study program. If a cancellation is made before the official start of the program, a refund of the tuition fees already paid will be made. A refund of enrollment fees already paid is generally not possible. Cancellation or withdrawal is no longer possible after the start of the program. Instead, the study program can be terminated. In the event of termination, the student always owes all agreed tuition fees to ONSITES Graduate School until the end of the notice period.

 

 

VI. Liability and warranty

VII. Termination and termination of contract

Students have the right to terminate their contract with the ONSITES Graduate School with four weeks' notice to the end of the semester without giving reasons. Notice of termination must be given in writing. If the termination is made electronically, it must be electronically signed.

In the event of termination, the student owes the tuition fees incurred up to the end of the termination period. If tuition fees have already been paid for the period after the end of termination, these will be refunded by the ONSITES Graduate School.

 

2. Termination by the ONSITES Graduate School

 

2.1 Reasons for termination by the ONSITES Graduate School

 

ONSITES Graduate School reserves the right to terminate students in the event of serious violations of the General Terms and Conditions, the Code of Ethics or other contractual provisions. The notice period is four weeks to the end of the semester. It must be given in writing. If the notice of termination is sent electronically, it must be electronically signed. Non-payment of tuition fees: The ONSITES Graduate School may terminate the contract if students repeatedly fail to pay the agreed tuition fees.


Violation of the Code of Ethics: Students who commit serious violations of the Code of Ethics or the ONSITES Graduate School Code of Conduct may be terminated.


Poor academic performance: ONSITES Graduate School may terminate the contract in the event of repeated failure to pass examinations or inadequate academic performance.

 

2.2 Refund after termination by the ONSITES Graduate School

 

In the event of termination by the ONSITES Graduate School, the student owes the tuition fees incurred up to the end of the termination period. If tuition fees have already been paid for the period after the end of termination, these will be refunded by the ONSITES Graduate School.

 

VIII. Final provisions

 

1. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA), where ONSITES Graduate School is headquartered. Any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the competent courts of that state or country. If required by the consumer laws of another country or state, the laws of the country or state in which the student is habitually resident may also apply and the student's local courts may also have jurisdiction. This applies in particular to consumers and their legal protection rights.

 

2. Amendments and additions to the GTC

 

Amendments or additions to these GTC are only valid if they are agreed in writing and signed by both parties. These amendments must be made in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

 

3. Severability clause

 

Should any provision of these GTC be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these GTC shall not be affected. The parties shall endeavor to replace any invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that comes as close as possible to the intended economic and legal purpose.
